2. Eligibility
2.1 Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or older.
2.2 Employees of The Winner Circle, their immediate families, and any third parties directly associated with the administration of a competition are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Each entrant may enter as many times as they wish unless otherwise stated in the specific competition details.
3. Competition Entry
3.1 To enter a competition, entrants must:
- Purchase an entry via the website and correctly answer a skill-based question as part of the entry process.
- Alternatively, use the free entry route as detailed in Section 4.
3.2 Paid entry prices vary depending on the competition and will be displayed on the relevant competition page.
3.3 A valid entry requires the correct answer to the skill-based question. Entrants who submit incorrect answers will not be entered into the draw and will forfeit their entry fee (if applicable).
4. Free Entry Route
4.1 A free entry route is available for all competitions. To enter for free, participants must:
- Send their full name, address, email address, contact number, and the answer to the competition’s skill-based question on a postcard to The Winner Circle, [Insert Address Here].
- Ensure the free entry submission is received by the competition closing date.
4.2 Free entries are treated equally to paid entries in terms of eligibility, judging, and winner selection.
5. Competition Details
5.1 Each competition involves answering a skill-based question. The question is designed to test knowledge, skill, or judgment and must be answered correctly to qualify for the prize draw.
5.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 For each competition:
- All correct entries (paid and free) will be entered into a random draw conducted by third-party software.
- The draw will take place after the competition closing date.
- Winners will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days of the draw.
6.2 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 180 days, the prize may be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to redraw or re-run the competition.
7. Prizes

7.2 If the minimum ticket sales required to cover the prize cost are not met, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a cash alternative equal to 70% of total ticket revenue.

8. Refunds
8.1 Refunds will only be issued in the event of a competition being canceled. In such cases, all entry fees (paid) will be refunded to participants.
8.2 No refunds will be issued for incorrect or incomplete entries.

10. Marketing and Publicity
10.1 The Promoter may use the winner’s first name, city, and image for promotional purposes. By entering, you agree to these terms unless explicitly stated otherwise.
11. Liability
11.1 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the competition or the use of the prize, except in cases of negligence or breach of statutory duty.
12. General
12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel a competition at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable.
12.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by UK law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
13. Skill-Based Question
13.1 Each competition will include a skill-based question.
13.2 The Promoter ensures that skill questions are designed to require a degree of skill, judgment, or knowledge. Example questions may include:

13.3 Entrants must answer this question correctly to qualify for the random draw.
